Allergen Awareness Training Course Content
This course is divided into Four modules:
- What is a Food Allergen.
- Food hypersensitivity: Allergies, Intolerance and Coeliac disease.
- Allergen Labelling - Prepackaged and Non-Prepackaged Food
- How to avoid cross contamination and dealing with customers
The course will finish with a multiple choice test, we will ask questions along the way to test your knowledge, these knowledge checks are not part of the overall test.

You must complete a Multiple Choice Test at the end of the fire safety training course. This test has 14 questions and takes around 15 minutes to complete.
Once the test is successfully completed you will be able to download your Certificate of Completion immediately.
If you fail the test, don't worry; you will be able to re-sit it again straight away, but remember all the questions and answers choices will come out in a different order each time you take the test.
