EU AI Act Compliance Training for Irish and EU Organisations

Artificial Intelligence is now part of everyday business operations. From recruitment and marketing to data analysis and customer service, AI tools are being used across every sector.

But using AI without understanding your legal obligations creates real risk.

This Responsible Use of AI course is designed to help organisations in Ireland and across the EU comply with the EU AI Act while using AI safely, efficiently and responsibly.

This is practical compliance training.
Not technical theory.
Not a software tutorial.

What Is the Responsible Use of AI Course?

This short online course teaches professionals how to use AI tools in a way that aligns with the requirements of the EU AI Act.

It focuses on governance, accountability and safe implementation.

You will learn how to:

• Understand your responsibilities as an AI user
• Recognise risk categories under the EU AI Act
• Maintain proper human oversight
• Protect personal data and comply with GDPR
• Reduce bias and prevent discriminatory outcomes
• Document AI use within your organisation

This course provides clarity in an area where many organisations are currently exposed.

Key Learning Outcomes

By completing this Responsible Use of AI course, participants will:

• Understand the structure and intent of the EU AI Act
• Identify high risk and prohibited AI practices
• Apply practical safeguards in daily AI use
• Strengthen internal governance and accountability
• Reduce compliance risk within their organisation

This training provides a clear framework for safe AI adoption.

Why EU AI Act Compliance Training Is Important

The EU AI Act introduces binding legal obligations for organisations that develop, deploy or use AI systems within the European Union.

Even if you are not building AI systems, you may still be classified as a deployer or user under the legislation.

Failure to comply can result in:

• Significant administrative fines
• Reputational damage
• Legal exposure
• Regulatory investigations
• Loss of stakeholder trust

Responsible AI training demonstrates due diligence and proactive governance.

Who Should Take This Course?

This EU AI Act training is suitable for:

• Business owners and company directors
• Senior managers and compliance officers
• HR and recruitment teams
• Marketing and communications teams
• Educators and training providers
• Public sector employees
• Anyone using AI tools in their daily work

If your organisation uses AI to support decisions, generate content, analyse data or automate tasks, this course is relevant.

What This Course Is Not About
